Warranty Information & Return Policy

Unlike aluminum tennis racquets and steel golf clubs, pickleball paddles are made of softer materials that over time will degrade much quicker. As a result, the shelf life of a pickleball paddle is much shorter depending on how often and active the paddle is being used.

With that said, we take great pride in designing and offering a quality product to our customers.  We offer a 1-month warranty that covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover minor cosmetic blemishes on arrival or damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, or accidents. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase stated on the receipt only to the original purchaser and is valid only in the Japan and Hong Kong markets.

What EVERYDAY SOCIAL Covers:

  • This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.
  • If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, EVERYDAY SOCIAL™ will, at their own discretion:
  • Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value).
  • If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailer's return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to EVERYDAY SOCIAL™’s customer service.

 

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
  • Damage to edge guards through normal play is not covered as a manufactured defect.
  • Fading decals and graphics printed on the paddle.
  • Used in commercial applications, such as rental services.
  • Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by EVERYDAY SOCIAL™.
  • Purchasing from a non-authorized EVERYDAY SOCIAL™ dealer or purchasing in used condition.
  • Not being the original purchaser.
  • Hitting the ground with the paddle or other objects such as other paddles.
  • Leaving the Paddle in extreme temperatures.
  • Any modifications made to the Paddle. Adding lead tape could affect the bond of edge guards.


Submit a Warranty Claim:
You must include THE ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT.

You must submit a Customer Service Case through email at info@everydaysocial.com

Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, model number of the product, and a description of the problem.

The customer is responsible for shipping the paddle back to
EVERYDAY SOCIAL™.  to validate the warranty claim. PLEASE Clearly state in the return box:
1) Name
2) Address
3) Description of Issue in the package
