EVERYDAY SOCIAL®

A community built through friendship, set in one of Japan’s most iconic resort destinations.

Nestled in the highlands of Nagano, Karuizawa is one of Japan’s most quietly prestigious destinations—defined by its imperial heritage, long-standing tennis culture, and a slower, more intentional way of life.

Founded in 2023, the Karuizawa Pickleball Club began with just a handful of players and has grown—entirely by word of mouth—into a community of nearly 300 members from across Japan and abroad. What brings them back each week is not just the sport, but the people and connections formed on the court.

Supported by EVERYDAY SOCIAL®, Japan’s first dedicated pickleball brand, the club is fully equipped with paddles, nets, balls, and apparel available on court.

All skill levels are welcome. Most members play at a social 3.0 level, with a focus on enjoyment and community, while intermediate and advanced players (4.0–4.5) and structured coaching are also part of the club.
